Riccardo Banchetti
Chairman of Board of Directors
After several years at the derivatives desk at Bankers Trust, Riccardo joined Lehman Brothers in 1993, working in the fixed income derivatives team, and in 2002 became head of the fixed income division in Italy. In 2003, Riccardo became a member of Lehman Brothers' European Executive Committee and was appointed Co-Head of the European Fixed Income division. In 2006, Riccardo returned to Italy as Chief Executive Officer, and in 2008, he became Co-Chief Executive of Lehman Brothers for the Europe and Middle East markets. In 2009, he co-founded Pactum, which later acquired Eidos in 2011. Riccardo graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the University of "La Sapienza" in Rome
Simone Dragone

After an initial experience in strategic consulting at Andersen Consulting and in the Italian M&A team at JP Morgan in Milan, Simone joined Schroders in the Investment Banking division in London in 1998. In 2000, he joined Citi, where he spent three years as Vice President in the European M&A team in London. In 2003, together with some colleagues from Citi, Simone founded Eidos Partners Srl in Milan, where he developed the corporate finance and restructuring divisions, providing advisory services on significant transactions such as the acquisition of Valentino Fashion Group by Permira and the financial restructuring of Parmalat. In 2009, he was appointed as Board Member of Pedemontana Lombarda, and in 2009 as Board Member of TEM (Tangenziale Esterna di Milano). In 2019, Simone became Chairman of MM (a multiutility firm based in Milan). Simone graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano
